Well... I don't know... but posting such stuff on twitter just shows Milla's (im)maturity... It might be true that the movie wasn't promoted well enough. I haven't seen many trailers on TV, either for example but then again, I wasn't too interested in the movie to begin with. I think if you were interested in the movie you would try to get information about it, via internet, magazines and such - and I think there are plenty. Of course, the advertisement was poor - but then again, in my opinion, the worst films get the most advertisement just because they need to drag people in. Names on film-posters such as Orlando Bloom, Matthew McFayden, Christoph Waltz, Milla Jovovich would already drag enough people. Or is Milla just a wee bit jealous or envious because she did not stumble over her own face everywhere? Sorry, but I like her even less now.

I saw 3M and thought it was alot of fun. I am going to see it again just to gaze upon the Dukes extreme beauty. Orlando really rocks those period clothes.

LOL Beri I think you have a point there.
She should be glad though, at the premiere Milla was introduced even BEFORE Orlando. Playing the diva ...
But then of course when he came onto the red carpet, he got all the attention.
(No I 'm not too fond of her either)

Here in Holland we had lots of making of and adds on tv. Not more than any other big movie. In the UK there was the usual publicity, interviews etc, much like any blockbuster.

I saw 3 Musketeers on Friday night and it was so funny!

Orlando was really deliciously evil as The Duke of Buckingham! He really reminded me of Gary Oldman and Jason Issacs. Not to mention, those outfits were absolutely gorgeous!

Thanks for the news Ginger !

I agree with you girls about what she did, but anyway she did publicity with that for the movie. I saw their conflict a lot. The movie is going great and that it's important ^^

Great article about creating special effects in the movie, with a video where you can see Orlando in the last scenes of it:

Thank you for sharing. I have preordered the DVD it is due out in either Feb or March. I cannot wait as I did not see the film at the cinema. Due to not being able to be in crowds so I did not pick any bugs up .I was nursing my sister who had cancer at the time is is mending now.

Got hold of the 2-disc edition of The Three Musketeers DVD and of course had to check the extra's right away!
It has about 70 minutes of bonusfeatures.

There's a character summary of each of the main characters, nice:)
A few featurettes about filming in Germany, swordtraining, Airships etc.
Behind the scenes stuff, Paul Anderson talking a lot.

And one 'Orlando Bloom takes on Buckingham' item. Which is basically the same as his character summary but I love that they put it as an extra feature on the dvd. (Paul Anderson/the producers must have understood why we went to see the movie in the first place *g* )
Btw Orlando interviewed on set, dressed in that leather jacket with his hair combed back is how he is mostly seen on camera.

Deleted scenes.. or rather extended scenes.
And here are quite a few lines of Orlando that are missing!
The arrival of the Duke was originally more extended, the meeting with Richelieu had more lines, and the scene in the Tower with Milady as well.

No audio comments with the movie though, but all in all very nice!!
