That's the hottest "action" figure I've ever seen! I can imagine the poses poor Will can be put in

... just occures to me. Since I watched AWE the other day on TV and I just knew that I would border dehydration again with that loss of fluids (speaking of all that massive drooling and crying at the end, and sweating, you know) I drank - and I don't lie - about 6 1/2 litres of tea and water the whole day. Uhm... Now, thinking what could happen should I ever own that doll... Worldwide deficiency of water would be my fault.

I wasn't sure where exactly to post this and maybe you saw those already but just in case: it's not exactly the "merchandise" per se but I've went to the site of Noel Cruz who painted The Doll :) and I saw these pics:

Thought it wouldn't hurt to look at Orlie and Will again.

Here is the link to Will's page: http://ncruz.com/characters_pages/characters4.html

On the page you pointed at I've read how Noel was working and how he redid his hair: "The hair underwent extensive and meticulous restyling. First, I cut the hair to a shorter length. Then I heat permed the hair to give it the needed wave. Finally, I layered the hair by running the scissors along the length of the hair."

Ah, who cares about senses when it comes to Mr. Turner?

Want.... that... doll!!!!!!!

*meep*... Senses... what was that again? Oh right... vaguely remember them as well... it were those little black dots in the sky that followed the Flying Dutchman when it sailed away into the sunset... Well, at least I know they're save and well cared for, observing Captain Turner's command... and since I don't need them at my work per se... *shrugs* I'm sure they're having a great time.

If it weren´t for a comment I read from Veronicarich at LJ I should have skipped this item. But it seems that the Pirates of the Caribbean: Ultimate Trilogy Collection (7-Disc Collector's Edition Blu-ray Box Set) comes with tons of new footage and deleted scenes!!! (whyyy God, whyyy I cannot have this!! *cries*)

Product Description from Amazon.com:

The Ultimate Trilogy Collection Collector's Edition is a 7.5" x 9" x 2.25" box set containing the complete Pirates of the Caribbean on Blu-ray in high definition, along with loads of bonus features, including an exclusive 7th disc featuring newly released deleted scenes plus a movie voucher for Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. Relieve the epic trilogy in style with all three collector's editions housed in an authentic-looking pirate's satchel. The box set also allows you to personalize your own captain's log book.

pics from BluRay.com .... OMG

unreleased deleted scenes?????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOW???!!!!

Even if we somehow solved the problem about the confusing ending of AWE.... maybe we could get some more infos about how the course of the Flying Dutchman was ment by the writers and producers

Why can't you / we have this set, Nel??? Is it too expensive (I'm sure of that) or can it only be ordered in the North of the USA?

Thx for this news anyway

Because it seems is a limited edition in the US, and even if it can be ordered through amazon, is too expensive (and I do not have a bluray player neither, lol)

I was told about the new scenes concerning Will and there´s nothing new about the curse. Will had a lot more of deleted scenes in DMC than in the other two films.

I can afford the price ($50), but I don't have a blu-ray player. (Those are too expensive right now!) But, deleted scenes of Will.....Have a 42" LCD they wouldn't look bad on....hmmmm......

The box alone is priceless..

All in all it would be awesome if we got to see it at some point.
Some lucky person will have a blue ray player and can afford and actually play this.. and maybe make a lot of fellow fans happy :)
It looks fantastic.
